Take the GS Parkway south to exit 0, turn right onto Route 109 N, go to the second traffic light, go right thru jughandle to make
 turn onto sandman Bvld. (following the signs to the CM-Lewes Ferry). Once you are on sandman Bvld. go to the third traffic light and make a right turn into the Bayshore Mall. World Gym is located in the middle of the mall.
